I'm into 20wks. So excited about today's checkup as I might be able to know the gender of my bb. We were late for our appt as we bump onto traffic jam and no parking lots! Suddenly so many people come to Kovan in the late morning. But I was surprised to see there's no one at the clinic and it's my turn immediately after I paid a visit to the toilet for urine test and check on my weight.

This time I weight 59.4kg, which means I put on 0.9kg for the past 1 month. I was quite happy with it cos I didn't want to put on too much weight. Collected my blood test results and everything is fine and the triple test shows no further test is needed.

Time for ultrasound scan. Gynae said bb is growing well, the waterbag volume is good, the spine is good. He asked if I see anything in between the thighs, but I couldn't figure out anything. He asked if we wanted a boy or girl, hubby said he want a girl. Gynae said, "You have a girl already, why you still want a girl this time? Well, too bad you are having a boy. :P" I asked if it's confirm and he said 100% confirm guarantee it's a boy. I'm of cos feeling very happy cos I preferred a boy this time, though I don't mind having another girl.

Going for the detailed scanning next week. This time round I'm going to Mount Alvernia for the detailed scan instead of TMC. Think I will double confirm on the gender again during the detailed scan.
