All about my boring world

My new toy

Bought a new toy today. Nintendo DS Lite. Wanted to find out more before I decide to buy anot but hubby seems more kan cheong than me and rushed me to buy. Anyway he volunteered to pay half the amount, so I guess I don't need to hesitate anymore :P He said he is willing to pay the full amount if he strike 4D or big sweep :|

Infant care

Brought Schuyler to infant care to let him have a look and to bring over some of his stuffs to the infant care. With the help of hubby, we managed to bring mattress cover, diapers, milk powder and milk bottles. So I only need to bring those small items over on the 1st day when Schuyler goes to infant care.

Alot of people did ask me, Schuyler is still so young and I have to throw him to the infant care. Say I'm cruel. But enrolling Schuyler to infant care is because we had no choice, no one take care of him. We are not willing to take the risk of hiring a maid and take care of him when we are out working. Anyway infant care is not cheap, if I had a choice, I wouldn't want to put him under the care of infant care. Sigh...

Raining

It's another raining morning. I had to bring Chloe to school, and need to bring Schuyler along as well. My mil told me to leave Schuyler at home if one day I had to bring Chloe to school and it's raining. But I can't. Schuyler is such a light sleeper, he will sure wake up very fast. From my house to the school, there's a path whereby there's no shelter and there's a flock of stairs along that path. After this path, the journey will be sheltered all the way to the school.

I had managed to convince Chloe to wear raincoat. And I bought a "raincoat" for the pram as well. But I need to bring along an umbrella for myself. 1 hand pushed the pram, 1 hand carrying the umbrella. But when I reached the flock of stairs along that path, I had no choice but to close the umbrella so that I can have 2 hands to carry the pram down the stairs. Initially I wanted Chloe to help me to hold on to the umbrella but she refused. Fortunately, the rain wasn't that heavy when I closed the umbrella. :P

p/s: I think I better try to sling Schuyler to school when it's raining. But first of all, I need to learn how to use the sling!

Blur Mummy

Chloe asked me to make milk for her. Ok I went to make milk and pass it to her. After a few mouth, she told me it's 弟弟 one and refused to drink, saying it's not nice. I was very angry, I asked her wat 弟弟?? Then I paused, oh shit, I made milk for Chloe with Schuyler's milk powder. Blur me... But strange, how Chloe know the taste of Schuyler's milk???

Free newspapers

Yesterday evening got a surprise when hubby opened the door, it's newspapers. I'm thinking probably the person had delivered to our house instead of our friend's house (they are staying 1 floor below us, same unit). But we asked them and they said it's not theirs cos they had a copy.

And today, we still received the newspapers. Hmm... let me monitor and see if we still received them the next day or the coming weekend.

LS

I wonder what bad food I had which cause me to LS 5 times today. But strangely, stomach doesn't feel pain/cramp, no wind also. If the LS still persist tomorrow, I will need to see a doctor.

Sad fact

Most of the time I will be worried that hubby can't cope with our two darlings at the same time. So whenever I want to go shower, I will bring Chloe and ask her to sit on the toilet seat. She won't really look at how I shower, she will sit there, sing her own song, and sometimes give me some comments or talk to me. When I closed the door of my shower area, Chloe said "Byebye mama, 加油!". I paused and wonder why shower also need to 加油. Make no sense at all, I think she don't understand the meaning of 加油. :P She learnt these words from a variety show that we watched almost everyday. After I finished my shower and wanted to put on my clothings, Chloe made a comment, "Mama stomach so big". So sad!
