River Angbao 2009 - Part 1

Not sure if I got it correct, it's the first time the River Angbao is held on the marina floating platform. Things are different as we don't get to see like those pasar malam stalls being setup along the way. There's a corner whereby they sell all the pasar malam food. Our main purpose is to find the Cai Shen Ye as my hubby's friend claimed to strike 4D whenever he get the 4 numbers from Cai Shen Ye. But this year, there's no Cai Shen Ye stall so TOO BAD!
