Taipei Trip Day 4

野柳
野 柳 is a cape of about 1,700 meters long formed by Datun Mountain reaching into the sea. When overlooked from above, the place is like a giant turtle submerging into the sea. Thus, it is also called "Yehliu Turtle". Because the rock layer of seashore contains sandstone of limestone texture and it is subject to sea erosion, weathering and earth movements, there is particular scenery consisting of sea trenches/holes, candle shaped rocks, and pot shaped rocks.

We took a cab there which costs us 900NT(~SG$43) and the whole journey lasted for about 45mins to 1hr. Almost all of us fell asleep in the cab. When we reach there, the first thing was to have lunch! I remembered we asked the person to recommend some vegetables to us. She recommend a type of vegetable called "A" vegetable. We asked wat vege is that. She said green colour vegetable. Hahaa.. we nearly burst into laughter.

After lunch we proceed to the ticketing counter to purchase our entrance tickets to 野柳. This place is full of rocks, rocks and rocks. The famous or I should say the ones I can remember is the "Dragon Head" rock and "Queen's Head" rock. I was amazed by what nature has done to the land over here. I wonder 10yrs down the road, what will happen to this place.

We walked around, snap and snap pixs. As usual Chloe always pestered me to carry her until I really can't walk well. After this we took a coach back to Taipei, which took another 1hr+. We dozed off on the way with the "just nice temperature" and shaky journey on the coach. It's evening time when we reach Taipei.

天香回味
Headed 天香回味 for their Medical Hot Pot. The soup is superb!!! I love it very much, I tried the 麻辣 soup base but it's not nice, anyway I don't take spicy one :P It's raining outside so it's really shiok to be drinking the hot steaming soup.

Chloe is enjoying herself with the new set of toys I bought from Daiso, cost only 39NT (~$1.80). And I also bought a set of necklace and bracelet for my vain Chloe.

Eileen and TL decided to give us a treat, actually we felt very paiseh cos we are staying at their place, should be us treating them and not the other way round. :P
